Sound Healing uses sound vibration created by instruments such as crystal quartz singing bowls, to produce unique frequencies that reverberate into the body and promote healing properties.
The use of sound in healing dates back to 2000 B.C., and has been practiced in all known cultures. The ancient healing traditions of the Aborigines, Tibetans, Native Americans, Chinese, Egyptians, and Greeks all employed frequencies as vibrational therapy. Various cultures view sound as a way of stimulating certain areas of the brain, improving blood flow and circulation, relieving stress, and helping the body to heal itself.
These tones have been acknowledged by physicians and researchers across cultures to produce healing properties for emotional, physical, and energetic experiences.
